About Our CEO

From a first job at a Boston jewelry store in 1992, Carlos De León spent seven years of honing his skills in the jewelry business and knew he had found his true calling. In 1999, he made the move to New York to attend the renowned Gemological Institute of America, where he earned his Graduate Gemologist certification.

Carlos’ expertise quickly earned him a place at some of the world’s most prestigious jewelry companies, where he honed his craft in product development, design, and account management. With each new experience, Carlos gained a fresh perspective on design and trends, and his travels to far-flung locales such as Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Italy, India, London, and South Africa only added to his creative vision.

Along the way, Carlos discovered a passion for helping others mark life’s most special moments with custom jewelry designs. His unique ability to capture the essence of his clients’ styles and personalities has earned him a loyal following of clients from around the world, who appreciate his thoughtful, personalized approach.
